- 1 large frozen banana (chopped)
- 1 scoop whey isolate protein powder (or complete plant based protein powder for a vegan alternative)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao/cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan or sea salt
- 1/4 tsp true Ceylon cinnamon powder
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- (optional) fresh berries, mint leaves, or pomegranate to garnish
Blend water, salt and banana in a high speed blender until creamy. Add protein powder, cacao/cocoa powder and cinnamon powder and blend at low power for a few seconds. Sprinkle with berries, fresh mint leaves or pomegranate seeds, if you like. Enjoy!
