
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1-2 tbsp raw cacao/cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you like it)
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- Stevia
- (optional) ice cubes
- (optional) 1 tbsp double cream
Mix egg yolk and collagen until reaching a jelly-like consistency. Add cacao or cocoa powder and keep stirring (you might need to add a tiny bit of water, depending on the size of the egg yolk). Add coconut oil, salt and stevia.
If you wish, you can either place the mix in an ice cream maker, or blend it with ice. Alternatively, it can be let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes, or eaten as it is (like a mousse). It also looks and tastes nice when served with double cream on the side. Enjoy!
