Frozen Yogurt Protein Smoothie

  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • (optional) 1 scoop whey isolate protein powder
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • stevia to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • (optional) 2 fresh blackberries
  • (optional) mint leaves

Blend water, berries and yoghurt in a high speed blender. Add protein powder and stevia and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Garnish fresh blackberries and mint leaves, if you like, Enjoy!
