- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- (optional) 1 scoop whey isolate protein powder
- 2 cups frozen berries
- stevia to taste
- 1 cup water
- (optional) 2 fresh blackberries
- (optional) mint leaves
Blend water, berries and yoghurt in a high speed blender. Add protein powder and stevia and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Garnish fresh blackberries and mint leaves, if you like, Enjoy!
